Anna Soubbotina

Anna joined Knology's board in 2021. She is currently a Principal of Transfer Pricing at Charles River Associates. Anna guides companies through the lifecycle of their controlled transactions -- from international expansion to business and regulatory change, ongoing risk management, compliance, and effective controversy resolution. She has advised Fortune 500 companies on transactions involving the transfer and use of intangible, tangible, and financial assets and services, balancing local regulatory requirements across over 200 jurisdictions. Anna holds a BSc Financial Economics from the University of St. Andrews, an MSc Finance from Imperial College London, and an MBA (Executive) from Columbia Business School. She was drawn to Knology due to its mission of applying diverse disciplines and practical solutions in pursuit of systemic change.
