Audrey Barbakoff

With more than a decade of experience in public libraries and an EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership, Audrey blends a practitioner’s practical insight with a rigorous, scholarly approach to inquiry. She is particularly interested in community-led planning and evaluation as a social justice strategy, organizational capacity-building, and the role of libraries in fostering equitable economic resilience and digital empowerment. Audrey is the CEO of Co/Lab Capacity, which offers community-centered consulting for libraries and social good organizations. She can often be found at her local public library.
