Climate Resilience

Description

Key Questions

  • How do practitioners, community members, and scientists collaborate effectively to identify approaches for tackling climate change impacts?
  • What does climate resilience look like at different levels of impact, such as individual, community, local, city, regional, and national?

We study human adaptation, mitigation, and preparedness in the face of climate change, a global issue of our time. Resilience is the focus of this work, through which we explore how both individuals and groups cope with, recover from, and ultimately adapt to a changing climate. Our work connects human and environmental wellbeing intimately, and focuses on systems-level efforts to collaboratively create solutions that build capacity for humanity and nature to thrive together.
