Corinne is a Researcher at Knology. With over a decade of experience leading applied social science research and evaluation, Corinne has most recently focused on formal and informal STEM education, and the affordances and pitfalls of using AI for education. Prior to joining Knology, she was the Director of Learning at the ed tech company Killer Snails, where she worked with schools, museums, libraries, parks, and aquariums to design and study websites, games, and XR experiences that foster STEM learning and positive STEM identities. At nonprofits, studios, and experimental research labs, she has guided the development of experiences that combine education and entertainment in every proportion. Corinne holds a PhD in Educational Communication and Technology from NYU, where she used quantitative and qualitative methods to study games and emerging technologies like virtual reality for education.
