Diana Polak

Diana became a board member in 2018. As an international Performance Improvement and Organizational Change expert at her firm, Breakthrough Change Strategies, she creates and implements strategic, revenue enhancing, and business improvement initiatives for clients. She advises multi-national companies and non-profit organizations on employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and executive coaching interventions that support long-term business goals. She works in diverse industries such as professional services, data marketing, pharmaceuticals, finance, and higher education. Diane has worked at McKinsey, PWC, Accenture, and Deloitte & Touche. She received her doctorate from Harvard University with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Information Systems. She is on the Advisory Board of Boston University’s School of Education and is an Executive on Campus for Baruch College.
